TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- SA International Scrapbook Convention bookings are open until all 550 spaces are booked.
- Only online bookings will be accepted from 1 October 2011. Booking forms received at the 2011 event are only valid until 30 September 2011.
- Bookings will be sold on a first come first serve basis.
- The fee of R2995.00 includes all classes, class kits, teas, lunch, sponsor give-aways and entrance into the 2012 Retail Store.
- Bookings are only confirmed on receipt of proof of full payment. All EFT payments must be faxed to 086 552 1074 or 011 425 6215, alternatively emailed in order for booking confirmation emails to be sent.
Please use your name and event as the reference, ie SEPT:CT and NAME
- PAYMENT OPTIONS:
- Full Payment of R2995.00 by EFT Payment or Credit Card within 30 days from booking
- R750.00 non-refundable deposit and three (3) consecutive monthly payments of R800.00
- R750.00 non-refundable deposit and four (4) consecutive monthly payments of R600.00
- R750.00 non-refundable deposit and five (5) consecutive monthly payments of R480.00
- Bookings made without a deposit or full payment will be placed on a 'Waiting List' until the required payment is made.
- A cancellation fee of 25% will be charged should you cancel your booking more than 30 days prior to the event. No refunds will be given whatsoever should you cancel less than 30 days prior to the event. In this case, you will forfeit your full payment, but the kits will be kept and can be collected or couriered after the event.
- Full payment must be received by no later than 5 August 2012 unless prior arrangements have been made.
- Special dietary requirements: please notify us in writing of any dietary requirements by no later than three weeks before the event. Be advised that some dietary requirements may incur an additional cost to the delegate.
- SA International Scrapbook Convention reserves the right of admission to the event.
