SA Scrapbook Convention l Group Bookings

Groups of six delegates may reserve seating in advance with the following conditions:

- Group booking of six delegates at a table.

- Full names of the delegates to be seated at the table.

- Reserved tables will be only be confirmed once all delegates at the table have paid in full.
- The doors to the venue will open at 07h30 for the reserved tables.
- All reserved tables not seated by 07h45 will be forfeited.

Once we have received your request for a table reservation and the information verified, the main contact person will be sent a confirmation email with the table number reserved for the group two - three weeks prior to the event.
